Deputy David Dunn earns Letter of Commendation
Deputy David Dunn, of the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, has received the Letter of Commendation.
According to a release from Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, "Deputy Dunn prevented the theft of copper electrical wiring and tubing from the Ruthies Mexican Restaurant and neighboring businesses near State Highway 99 and Highway 90A near New Territory. Deputy Dunn caught and arrested one of the alleged thieves after a foot chase and struggle."
Dunn received the honor Feb. 20 from Trever Nehls, constable of Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office.
This is an example of the diligent police work and the cooperation between Precinct 4 constable deputies and the Fort Bend Sheriff's Office that residents of our county deserve," Nehls said, in the press release.
