Austin grad Blaskowsky scores 5 points in Iowa State loss
Austin High School graduate Nicole Blaskowsky scored five points in Iowa State University's 68-66 home loss to conference rival West Virginia University on Feb. 17, according to Iowa State's website.
The freshman guard also recorded three rebounds, three assists and one steal for the Cyclones who are 18-6 on the season and 9-5 in the Big 12 Conference.
Iowa State's next game is 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23 on the road against Kansas State University.
Blaskowsky is a 2012 graduate of Austin High School in Sugar Land where she was four-year letter winner for the Bulldogs, four-time all-district selection and scored 21 points. She is a Sugar Land native.
