Weekly sales roundup for Alief, week ending Dec. 30

There were nine sales in Alief for the week ending Dec. 30, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 6215 Meadway Drive. Lida Baker Brodigan sold the home to Daisy Gobellan and Rogelio Gobellan on Friday, Dec. 28. The 1,349-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1972 and is located in the Leawood West subdivision.
