Elkins grad Breaux plays in Texas Christian loss
Elkins High School graduate Donielle Breaux played for Texas Christian in a 57-54 loss at home against conference rival Kansas State on Jan. 19 at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas Christian's website reported.
The Texas Christian University guard recorded one assist for the Horned Frogs, who are 7-10 on the season and 0-6 in the Big 12.
Texas Christian's next game is noon Sunday, Jan. 27 on the road against Texas Tech University.
Breaux is a sophomore at Texas Christian University. The Missouri City native is a 2011 graduate of Fort Bend Elkins High School, where she was district offensive player of the year.
