Houston Humane Society's annual Fix Felix set for Feb. 13
Houston Humane Society's (HHS) annual Fix Felix will be held Wednesday, Feb. 13 at the Animal Wellness Clinic in Houston.
According to a press release, "Houston Humane Society will neuter 600 male cats for free at its Animal Wellness Clinic. Cat owners must have an appointment. There is a limit of five cats per person. Domesticated and feral cats qualify. For the health and safety of all cats as well as HHS staff and volunteers, each feline must be in a plastic crate or carrier."
