Ledersan Erdmann named general manager, sommelier
Ledersan Erdmann, new general manager and sommelier at Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse, holds Tradicao's private wine label.
Ledersan Erdmann has been named general manager and sommelier at Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse in Fort Bend.
According to a press release from the restaurant, "Ledersan, an experienced restaurateur, brings more than 14 years of fine dining and restaurant experience to Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse."
Erdmann opened Guri do Sul in the Woodlands in 2007 and has worked at Perry's Steakhouse and Grill in Memorial City and Cinco Ranch. He began his career in his native Brazil at Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse in Sao Paulo, Brazil. At Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse, Erdmann has worked with the restaurant's wine list, including their private label.
"We are excited to have Ledersan on our team," said Vanderlei Bernardi, Tradicao's Bay area general manager, in the release. "He has an impressive background in fine dining and hospitality that is a perfect fit with the Tradicao brand."
Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse is at 12000 SW Freeway, Fort Bend.
