Stafford runner completes 2012 MetroPCS Dallas Half Marathon
Stafford runner Denise Poole completed the 2012 MetroPCS Dallas Half Marathon on Sunday, Dec. 9 in Dallas.
Poole finished in 2:30:51.
Race organizers said 9,878 runners finished the 13.1-mile race, which began and ended in Downtown Dallas.
Andrew Letherby, of Austin, was the men's overall winner with a finishing time of 1:09:45, while Ashley Johnson, of Dallas, was the winner in the women's category with a time of 1:21:37.
