Friends of Missouri City Library to hold meeting Jan. 22

The annual general membership meeting of the Friends of the Missouri City Library will take place at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22 in the meeting room of the library, it was recently announced.

According to an announcement from the library, "The event features guest speaker Apple Gidley, an Anglo-Australian expatriate author, who will share her experiences as an expatriate, relocating to new homes in various countries around the world."

The library is at 1530 Texas Parkway.
