Sales roundup for Alief, week ending Dec. 9

There were 17 sales in Alief for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 12715 Wisteria Park Drive. Du Duong and Huong Giang Nguyen sold the home to Trung Giang Nguyen on Friday, Dec. 7.

The 1,366-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the High Star Landing subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 6231 Meadway Drive to Shu-Chin Hui and Shu Chin Kuei and the sale of 10122 Amblewood Drive to Christopher M. Wetherholt.
