Dulles grad Mbamalu plays in Louisiana loss
Dulles High School graduate Bryant Mbamalu scored four points as University of Louisiana lost 87-70 to conference rival Arkansas State Thursday, Dec. 27, at Convocation Center in Jonesboro, Ark., the team's website reported.
Louisiana's next game is 7:15 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29 at home against UALR.
Bryant Mbamalu, University of Louisiana at Lafayette Mbamalu played at Dulles in 2006-2010 where he was named First-Team All-District and First-Team All-Region. He was also the second leading scorer in the district. Born Dec. 11, 1991 Mbamalu is the son of Helen Mbamalu. Political science major from Houston.
