Sugar Land Town Square gains three new residents

Three new companies have recently signed leases at Sugar Land Town Square.

According to a press release, Altius Consulting; DuCharme, McMillen and Associates Inc.; and John Crane Production Solutions Inc. have joined Town Square, making the development's Class A office space 83 percent leased.

"We welcome these new companies to the growing list of successful businesses that office out of Sugar Land Town Square," Don Janssen, executive vice president of Planned Community Developers Ltd., said in the release. "We hope that they will enjoy our business-friendly atmosphere, including Class A office amenities and numerous dining and shopping options within walking distance."

Altius Consulting is a business intelligence and performance management company and will be located at 2245 Texas Drive, Suite 150, Sugar Land.

DuCharme, McMillen and Associates Inc. is a tax consulting firm and will be located at 2245 Texas Drive, Suite 450, Sugar Land.

John Crane Production Solutions Inc. is service and manufacturing organization aimed at increasing oil and gas production and will be located at 2150 Town Square Place, Suite 395, Sugar Land.
