Monday, Dec. 17: Fresh garden salad, meatless pizza, hot grilled fajita, chicken sub, carrot sticks with low-fat ranch dressing, salad pizzazz, fresh fruit, pears in light syrup, fresh pears, pears with kiwi, grapes, cherries and strawberries, watermelon chunks, mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail, peaches in light syrup, spiced apple slices, applesauce, strawberry applesauce, orange wedges, cantaloupe and pineapple tidbits

Tuesday, Dec. 18: Chef salad tray, popcorn chicken with roll, cheese quesadilla, beans a la charra, broccoli florets with low-fat ranch dressing, peaches in light syrup and fresh fruit

Wednesday, Dec. 19: Fresh garden salad, baked chicken with roll, grilled cheese sandwich, orange-glazed sweet potatoes, collard greens, crisp salad greens, fresh fruit, pears in light syrup, fresh pears, pears with kiwi, grapes, cherries and strawberries, watermelon chunks, mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail, peaches in light syrup, spiced apple slices, applesauce, strawberry applesauce, orange wedges, cantaloupe and pineapple tidbits
