Marshall grad Tezeno plays in Schreiner loss

Fort Bend Marshall High School graduate Ashton Tezeno played for Schreiner University in a 71-65 home loss to conference opponent LeTourneau University Friday, Dec. 14, at Edington Gymnasium in Kerrville, the Schreiner website reported.

The freshman and the Mountaineers are 4-5 on the season and 2-3 in the American Southwest Conference.

Schreiner's next game is 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18 at Texas Lutheran.

Tezeno is a freshman basketball player for Schreiner. The Missouri City native is a 2012 graduate of Fort Bend Marshall High School.
