Fort Bend Theatre offering acting classes for children
Fort Bend Theatre's acting classes are set to begin Saturday, Jan. 12 and run through Sunday, March 3.
According to a press release, classes will be held Saturday mornings at 2815 N. Main St., in Stafford. Each session teaches stage acting techniques, including pantomime, improvisation, vocalizations, and characterization and ends with an exciting performance open to family and friends.
Classes are available for participants ages 5 and 6 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. for $125, ages 7 to 12 from 9:30-11 a.m. for $200, and ages 10 to 14 from 11-12:30 a.m. for $200. All sessions are payable by a $50 non-refundable deposit, with the balance paid in full by Sunday, Jan. 6.
