American Red Cross Super Ball set for Jan. 26
The American Red Cross Greater Houston Chapter will host its 12th annual Red Cross Super Ball on Saturday, Jan. 26.
According to a chamber release, this year's event will be a casual, tailgate party featuring a tailgate buffet, complimentary beer and wine, live and silent auctions, sports games and dancing.
The event will raise money for several American Red Cross programs, including disaster services, service to the armed forces and transportation. In addition, the ball will honor individuals in the community who have shown strong support to Fort Bend County and the Red Cross.
Honorary chairmen for the ball are Chris Breaux, Whitley Penn, Mary Gayle Brindley, Amegy Bank, Town Square and Keri Schmidt of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce.
Individual tickets and sponsorship opportunities are available, and early sponsors include Legacy Ford, Trustmark National Bank, Silver Eagle Distributors, Methodist Sugar Land Hospital and Gurecky Manufacturing.
The event is scheduled to take place at Safari Texas Ranch and Ballroom, 11627 FM 1464 Road, Richmond.
