Mia Bella introduces new holiday dishes
Mia Bella Trattoria's Sugar Land and Vintage Park locations will feature six new holiday dishes in December.
According to a press release, the dishes reflect what the cooler temperatures of the season provide for the appetite, seasonal produce and seasonal colors.
The new dishes include a rich, creamy white bean soup with truffled porcini, romano crusted ravioli stuffed with a roasted jalapeo, cilantro and ricotta floating in oven-dried tomato basil sauce; a pan-seared sea scallop with porcini mushrooms and red wine glaze butter; grilled beef rib eye with a Roquefort artichoke and sun dried tomato ragout and steamed rosemary new potatoes; a pistachio, arugula, pesto-crusted sea bass or halibut served oven roasted with butternut squash ravioli and a saffron butter; and vanilla gelato in a cinnamon glazed pastry shell and topped with espresso custard sauce.
