Weekly sales roundup for Richmond, week ending June 14

There were 25 home sales in Richmond for the week ending June 14, according to www.Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2323 Barton River Court. Ryan J. Smith sold the home to Amanda C. Smith on Thursday, June 14. The 2,250-square-foot, two-bathroom home was built in 2004 and is located in the Riverpark West subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 911 Mayweather Lane to Arthur P. Minier and Betty J. Minier and the sale of 6703 Blue Ridge Drive to Popular North America Banco.

The Westheimer Lakes neighborhood had the most sales in the area with five, followed by Pecan Grove with four and Long Meadow Farms with three.

Sales volume was 48.9 percent lower than the previous week and 44.4 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Richmond has averaged 34 sales per week during the last 12 months.
