Sales roundup for Rosharon, week ending Oct. 7

There were four sales in Rosharon for the week ending Oct. 7, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 5505 Sandy Field Court. Lawrence Monty Foley and Pinkie Della Foley sold the home to Bank of America, N.A., David S. Kelly and Sharon R. Kelly on Oct. 7.

Built in 2003, the 6,618-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bath home is located in the Savannah Trace subdivision.
