Rosenberg City Council recognizes local citizens for efforts to enhance community
Rosenberg City Council recognized Rosenberg citizens for their efforts to enhance and beautify the community at its regular meeting Tuesday, Oct. 16.
According to a news release, Sue Diggs, Ruth MacClellan, Sabas Matias and Frances Zipprian were recognized with landscape awards. Wendy's, at 27943 S.W. Freeway, and Bull Creek Cafe, at 918 San Jacinto St., were recognized with renovation awards on behalf of the Rosenberg Image Committee.
Properties are selected for the monthly beautification awards by the city's Image Committee. Citizens are encouraged to nominate fellow citizens or local businesses by contacting the citizen relations coordinator at 832-595-3301.
