Sugar Land Surgical Hospital held a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce.

Sugar Land Surgical Hospital is a fully licensed medical facility accredited by the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Health Organization — the same agency that accredits major hospitals.

Sugar Land Surgical opened in 2003 and since then has performed upwards of 4,000 surgeries in their four operating theaters and additional procedure rooms. They will also have the first high-field open MRI in Fort Bend County.
