Weekly sales roundup for Rosharon, week ending Sept. 30

There were two sales in Rosharon for the week ending Sept. 30, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 3106 Trail. Manvel Development Co. Inc. sold the home to Jorge L. Martinez and Rocio Martinez on Sunday, Sept. 30. The home is located in the Colony Trails subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 1316 N. Airline, Unit 713a, to Dora Ilda Huerta.

Sales volume was 100 percent higher than the previous week and 50 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Rosharon has averaged three sales per week during the last 12 months.
