Applications still being accepted for Sugar Land 101 class
The city of Sugar Land will accept applications through Wednesday, Oct. 31 for the next Sugar Land 101 class scheduled to begin in January 2013.
Sugar Land 101 participants learn about city operations from Sugar Land's top managers. The class also includes two citywide tours, including a behind-the-scenes look at city facilities.
Applicants must be a resident of Sugar Land for at least one year, a registered voter, older than 21, not currently holding or running for elected office and willing to attend the 10-week session.
