Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office arrests three in burglary case

The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office arrested three Houston men Aug. 23 in connection with a burglary case.   The three men have been charged with multiple burglaries that occurred early last Sunday in Richmond's RiverPark West subdivision.   According to a police report, the suspects allegedly went to a Walmart store in Stafford where they used stolen credit cards to purchase gift cards just minutes after they left the RiverPark subdivision. In RiverPark, the suspects also allegedly burglarized two homes, a garage and several vehicles, stealing credit cards, gift cards and some guns. They also used some of the gift cards to purchase items, the release stated.   The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office discovered the alleged burglars with the help of a Crime Stoppers tip on top of its own investigation.   Some of the property has been retrieved by detectives, and the case remains under investigation. All three men remain in the Fort Bend County Jail.
