Ruzbeh A. Minocher and Shweta Homji have listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 6515 Wexford Trail in Sugar Land for $398,400.

He holds a degree in marine engineering from Marine Engineering and Research Institute and an M.S. in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.
