Intellectual property lawyer lists Sugar Land home

Indranil Chowdhury and Santana Chowdhury have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 3918 Palace Springs in Sugar Land for $299,900.

The Chowdhurys acquired the property in February 2002. The 2,389-square-foot home was built in 1998 in the Brazos Landing subdivision. Connie Chan of Fort Bend Homes is the listing agent.

Indranil Chowdhury is an intellectual property lawyer. He is a principal at the law firm Chowdhury & Georgakis P.C., where he concentrates his practice on patent preparation and prosecution, counseling, licensing and contingency fee litigation in high-technology matters. He previously served as an associate lawyer at Howrey Simon Arnold & White LLP. He has also worked as a hardware designer at IBM.

He received his B.S. in electrical engineering, as well as his M.S. in computer science and computer engineering from the University of Texas. He obtained his J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center.
