Ad agency owner relists 4BD in Sugar Land

Joni B. Verdina has relisted a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 3907 St. Michaels Court in Sugar Land for $299,800.

Verdina previously listed the home with Lynn Anderson Properties for $320,000 in July. Aida Younis of Re/Max Southwest is the current listing agent. The 3,037-square-foot home was built in 1988 in the Commonwealth Park subdivision.

Verdina is the president of Ad Impressions, a full-service marketing firm. She previously served as a senior account executive at Time-Warner Cable Media Sales. Prior to that, she worked as an account executive at KRIV Channel 26 and KBMT-TV. She has also served as an assistant producer for a morning and noon show at KHOU-TV.

She earned her degree in communications from the University of Houston.
