Product manager puts Sugar Land home on the market

George Curtis Ulmer and Kristy L. Ulmer have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 4831 Andover St. in Sugar Land for $475,000.

The Ulmers acquired the property in August 2007. The 4,386-square-foot home was built in 1993 in the Sutton Forest subdivision. Nancy Benevides of Re/Max Southwest is the listing agent.

George Ulmer has worked as a product manager at Nalco Energy Services, a Sugar Land-based provider of on-site problem-solving services to petroleum and petrochemical industries.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,185 home sales in Sugar Land during the past 12 months.
