Microfinance banker relists Sugar Land home for $1.7M

Patrick Ugboma has relisted a six-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 20 Miramar Heights Circle in Sugar Land for $1.7 million.

Ugboma previously listed the home in January 2011 for $2.15 million with Aida Younis of Re/Max Southwest. Mark Kwazu of Trend Setter Realty is the current listing agent. Ugboma acquired the property in March 2008. The 7,209-square-foot home was built in 2009 in Riverstone.

Ugboma is a director for Integrated Microfinance Bank PLC. He is also the managing director of Dec Oil & Gas Limited and serves as the chairman of International Energy Insurance PLC, Cogipar Nigeria Limited, Vernon Engineering Services Limited, Soul Petroleum & Gas Nigeria Limited and Newtech Services Nigeria Limited.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,095 home sales in Sugar Land during the past 12 months.
