Martin Juul and Sarah D. Juul have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 4310 E. Oxbow Circle in Weston Lakes for $450,000.

The Juuls acquired the property in June 2009. The 3,681-square-foot home was built in 2007. Julie Maruyama of West Side Realty is the listing agent.

Martin Juul is vice president in charge of the project division in North America at BBC Chartering, an ocean transportation services provider. He previously served as a chartering manager at Scan-Trans Inc. and as a chartering broker at BBC LP.

He attended the Esbjerg Business Academy and the University of Southern Denmark.
