Diego Beltran and Lorena Beltran have listed for sale a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 5118 Autumn Rose Lane in Sugar Land for $269,900.

The Beltrans acquired the property in November 2007, the same year the 2,664-square-foot home was built in Riverstone. It is located in the Creekstone Village at Riverstone subdivision. Ricardo Araujo of Realm Real Estate Professionals is the listing agent.

Diego Beltran is the director of order services at BMC Software, a Houston-headquartered company that specializes in business service management software. He previously served the company as a senior revenue recognition analyst, a lead revenue recognition analyst, a revenue recognition manager and a revenue recognition senior manager. Before joining BMC Software, he worked as a senior customer operations specialist at Landmark Graphics.

He earned his degree in international business from James Madison University and his M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
