TV producer lists 3BD in Sugar Land

Justin Sternberg and Courtney L. Sternberg have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 118 Knoll Forest Drive in Sugar Land for $230,000.

The Sternbergs acquired the property in January 2001. The 2,062-square-foot home was built in 1992 in Greatwood. It is part of the Greatwood Knoll subdivision. Jennifer Hamp of Privatus LLC is the listing agent.

Justin Sternberg is a special projects producer for KTRK-TV, an owned-and-operated television station of the Walt Disney Company-owned American Broadcasting Company. He previously was a producer with the stations KRIV Fox 26, KABB Fox 29 and KRGV ABC 5.

He holds a B.A. in communications from Stephen F. Austin State University.
