Radiologist's estate lists Sugar Land townhome
The estate of Dr. Bernard Rosen has listed for sale a two-bedroom, three-bath townhome at 4156 Greystone Way in Sugar Land for $234,900.
The 1,823-square-foot townhome was built in 1997 as part of the Sweetwater Townhomes development in First Colony. Janice Poscovsky of Re/Max Heritage is the listing agent.
Dr. Bernard Rosen served as the chief radiologist at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio. He also served the U.S. Navy Reserve.
He earned his M.D. from The University of Texas Medical Branch and served both his internship and radiology residency at City Hospital in Winston Salem, N.C.
He passed away in January 2011.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,988 home sales in Sugar Land during the past 12 months.
