Jean-Carlos Jaimungal has listed for sale a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 4107 Starboard Shores Drive in Missouri City for $389,500.

Jaimungal acquired the property in June 2002. The 4,618-square-foot house in the Lakeshore Park at Brightwater subdivision was built in 1998. Demetria Walker of Re/Max 360 is the listing agent.

Jaimungal, a pioneer in algorithm-based information retrieval, is the creator of NORA. He previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he built a sales force system. He also held various roles in information technology at Enron Corp.
