Sugar refinery CEO lists Sugar Land 3BD

John C. Sheptor and Tiba Parsa Sheptor have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 6031 Stratford Gardens Drive in Sugar Land for $430,000.

The 2,650-square-foot house was built in 2000 in Avalon. It is located in the Gardens of Avalon subdivision. Terri Kurkjian of Re/Max Fine Property is the listing agent.

John Sheptor is the president and CEO of Imperial Sugar Co., a sugar refinery company. Prior to this, he served as a deputy director at Supply Chain Management Systems. He also held executive positions at Merisant and Monsanto Co.

He earned his B.S. in chemical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his M.B.A. from Tulane University. He also holds an advanced director certification from the American College of Corporate Directors.
