Keith R. Monahan and Leslea A. Monahan have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 3123 Stephens Creek Lane in Sugar Land for $289,900.

The Monahans acquired the property in March 2002. The 3,392-square-foot house was built in the Sugarwood subdivision in 1982.

Keith Monahan is the chief meteorologist at KARK-TV, Channel 4 in Little Rock, Ark. Previously, he held the same position at KIAH-TV, at KDLT-TV in Sioux Falls, S.D., and at KGWN-TV in Cheyenne, Wyo. He also worked as weekend meteorologist at WOOD-TV in Grand Rapids, Mich.

He earned a B.S. in international affairs-American politics from the United States Air Force Academy and a B.A. in earth science-meteorology from the University of Northern Colorado.
