Interior designer acquires Sugar Land home

Kristin L. Ledet and Blake W. Ledet acquired a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 2822 Country Club Blvd. in Sugar Land from Wilma J. Couch, Kathi A. Jones, Wilma J. Couch and Charles Vincent Couch on May 31.
The 2,565-square-foot house was built in 1972 in Sugar Creek. It is part of the Sugar Creek subdivision. Fort Bend County assesses the home's value at $234,130.
Kristin Ledet is the vice president and interiors manager at FKP Architects Inc. She previously served as project manager at O'Neill Hill and Associates.
She graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in interior design.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,856 home sales in Sugar Land during the past 12 months.
