Real estate management firm CFO takes 4BD in Richmond
Randall Husmann and Debbie Husmann bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1307 Bittersweet Drive in Richmond from Donald Wayne Duncan and Caryn S. Duncan on May 31.
The 2,866-square-foot house was built in 1983 in Pecan Grove. It is located in the Pecan Grove Plantation subdivision. Fort Bend County assesses the home's value at $206,060.
Randall Hussman serves as chief financial officer of Asset Plus Corp., a Houston-based real estate management firm. Before joining Asset Plus, he previously served the same position at Dinerstein Companies.
He holds a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University and an M.P.A. from the University of Texas-Austin.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,190 home sales in Richmond during the past 12 months.
