Jesse A. Stephan and Hollie Stephan bought a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 2522 Ginger Mint Court in Richmond from Karen Felton and Gregory Paul Felton on June 1.

Jesse Stephan is an expatriate management manager at ConocoPhillips. Before this, he worked as a senior tax counsel at Tetra Pak, a packaging company, and as manager of compensation and benefits at Panalpina World Transport.

He earned a degree in accounting from the University of Arizona.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,190 home sales in Richmond during the past 12 months.
