Carl Broadbent acquired a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1734 Corona Del Mar Drive in Missouri City from John Anderson and Paula Anderson on June 4.
The 3,524-square-foot house was built in 1998 in Lake Olympia. It is located in the Villa del Lago subdivision. Fort Bend County assesses the home's value at $210,680.
Broadbent has served as a computer system administrator at Baylor College of Medicine since October 2009. Previously, he worked as a computing specialist at Brigham Young University and as an AIM Lab Linux specialist at the University of Illinois.
He received his B.S. in computer science from Brigham Young University.
