Qiana Green and Philip Marucci bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 3210 Oak Cliff Lane in Missouri City from Charles G. Wemyss and Kristen M. Wemyss on May 21.
The 2,686-square-foot house was built in 2001 in the Sienna Plantation. It is located in the Sienna Village of Shipmans Landing subdivision.
Marucci is an account executive at Ricoh Americas Corp. In addition, he also serves as a basketball coach at Lutheran High North.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 986 home sales in Missouri City during the past 12 months.
