Polymers producer executive takes Missouri City home

Shantanu Santra acquired a two-bath home at 11014 S. Auden Circle in Missouri City from Richard Carter and Bobbie Suggs-Carter on May 14.

The 2,113-square-foot house was built in 2007 in Sienna Plantation. It is part of Sienna Steep Bank Village subdivision. Fort Bend County assesses the home's value at $165,050.

Santra is a supply chain executive at the Center of Excellence at Kraton Polymers, a producer of engineered polymers. He previously was an executive with Accenture and served as operations director for Prepaid Works.

He studied at the Indian Institute of Management and at the Indian Institute of Technology.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,030 home sales in Missouri City during the past 12 months.
