Gregory Carrier acquired a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 2735 Peninsulas Drive in Missouri City from Jason T. Babin and Sara L. Babin on March 28.
Jason Babin acquired the house in July 2004. Fort Bend County assessed the home's value is $474,470. The 4,649-square-foot house in Lake Olympia was built in 1998. It is located in the Peninsulas at Lake Olympia subdivision.
Carrier has been the owner of DashBook, a royalty software company for publishers of books, music, apps and more. He is a former partner at Argus Financial Software.
He attended Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,167 home sales in Missouri City during the past 12 months.
