Dr. Jack J. Blumenthal and Nancy C. Blumenthal have relisted their three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 427 Brook Shore Court in Sugar Land for $439,900.

The Blumenthals originally listed the property for $472,900 in January 2011. They took the home off the market and relisted it at its existing price. Jane Friedman of Re/Max Southwest is the current listing agent.
