Clinical instructor sells Richmond 4BD

Joe Alexander Agudelo Jr. and Fanny Irene Agudelo acquired a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1806 Lake Arrowhead Drive in Richmond from Aref M. El-Demerdash and Dina H. Massoud on Feb. 23.

El-Demerdash and Massoud acquired the house in Jan. 2006. The 3,330-square-foot house in Waterside Estates subdivision was built 2005. It is valued at $235,770.

El-Demerdash serves as preceptor at the Science Operations Branch of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Before joining the FDA, he was an assistant professor at Texas Southern University.

He earned both his Ph.D. in environmental toxicology and a master's of science in transportation planning and management from the Texas Southern University.
