Restaurant co-owner acquires Richmond 4BD

George K. Malek and Selene E. Malek bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 25611 Canyon Crossing Drive in Richmond from Sirva Relocation Credit LLC on Feb. 15.

The 3,125-square-foot house, which was built in 2007 is located in Westheimer Lakes. It is part of Canyon Gate at Westheimer Lakes subdivision. Sirva Relocation Credit LLC transferred the property in Feb. 2012.

George Malek is the operating partner of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar. He formerly was a general manager at MRG.

He holds a B.A. in corporate communication from the University of Houston.

Selene Malek is the owner of Red Door Designs, a hand-made arts and crafts store. She previously was a business consultant at Silver Express International and a partner integration manager at Clark American. She also served as labor law investigator at Texas Workforce Commission.

She has a B.A. in human resources from St. Mary's University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,336 home sales in Richmond during the past 12 months.
