Healthcare co. exec relists Sugar Land 6BD for $1.8M
Alan B. Chaveleh and Sharon L. Chaveleh have relisted a six-bedroom, six-bath home at 67 The Oval Street in Sugar Land for $1.8 million.
The Chavelehs originally listed the home for $1.9 million in Feb. 2011 and relisted it at the current price on Jan. 2012. Aida Younis of RE/MAX Southwest is the current listing agent.
The 8,182-square-foot house was built in 1997. It is located in the Sweetwater subdivision, and is valued at $1.2 million.
Alan Chaveleh is the co-founder, president and chief executive officer at Healix, Inc., a healthcare services company that offers customized infusion therapy management services. He has been in the healthcare services industry for 20 years.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,586 home sales in Sugar Land during the past 12 months.
