Construction executive takes Sugar Land 3BD

Tarn Springob acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 122 Tuscany St. in Sugar Land from Gerda Hansen Smith and Gerda H. Smith on Dec. 15.

The 2,346-square-foot house in the Venetian Estates subdivision was built in 1965. It is valued at $500,060.

Springob, an engineer and lawyer, has been the vice president at Laredo Construction Inc. since June 1992. Prior to joining Laredo, Springob was on the staff at Chemical Waste Management - SEC Donohue.

Springob holds a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
