Construction exec relists Sugar Land 5BD for $2.85M
Steven E. Varney and Linda E. Varney have relisted a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 2 Palm Meadows Court in Sugar Land for $2.85 million.
The Varneys originally listed the home with Martha Turner Properties for $3.4 million in February. Glory Crafts of RE/MAX Heritage is the current listing agent.
The Varneys acquired the property in November 2001. The 7,312-square-foot house was built in 2003 in First Colony. It is located in the Sweetwater subdivision, and is valued at $1.2 million.
Steven Varney has been the vice president and co-owner of Sundance Construction Company.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,511 home sales in Sugar Land during the past 12 months.
