IT services and consultancy firm senior manager lists Sugar Land 6BD

Hector Ayuso and Pagnis Poonam have listed for sale a six-bed, four-bath home at 1402 Meadow Rue Court in Sugar Land for $536,000.

The 4,290-square-foot, two-story house was built in 1999 in First Colony. Greg Bennett of Keller Williams Realty Southwest is the listing agent.

Ayuso is a senior manager at Capgemini, an IT services and business consultancy firm. Prior to joining Capgemini, he worked as project manager for IT, imaging and data management at Waste Management NZ Ltd. Before that, he was a project manager at Shell Oil Company and at CTI Group Worldwide Services Inc. He also served as vice president at SmarTech Solutions Inc. and as consultant-contractor at JPMorgan Chase.

He obtained his B.S. in electronic systems technologies from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
