Real estate appraiser buys Meadows Place 4BD home
Roman Cherwonogrodzky and Helena J. Klimko bought a four-bedroom, one-bath home at 12211 Meadowglen Court in Meadows Place from Alex Ting and Tina Ting on Jan. 9.
The Tings acquired the home in July 2002 in the Meadowglen subdivision. The 2,381-square-foot house, which is valued $171,610, was built in 1996.
Mr. Cherwonogrodzky has been a commercial real estate appraiser at Fort Bend Central Appraisal District and affiliated with Appraisal Institute of Canada and International Association of Assessing Officers. He has also worked at IRR-Residential Appraisers & Consultants.
He received his associate's degree in Urban Land Economics at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada and a B.A. from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. He has Canadian Residential Appraiser and Senior Residential Appraiser designations from the Appraisal Institute.
Helena Klimko has been in records management at OPI International Inc., an accounting firm.
She attended McMaster University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 61 home sales in Meadows Place during the past 12 months.
